A VIEW OF THE LAKE AND PRAWN SKEWERS
We are rebelling, while those winter wonderland postcards might be dreamy, we still ache for the summer months. And, want to prolong that feeling just a bit more…maybe till…next summer?
That’s why we are sharing Luca Formentini’s favorite recipe. And one that pairs wonderfully with his Turbiana wine, of course.

This refreshing citrusy taste will take you right back to that view of the vineyard and the lake during summer months.
- 24 fresh, ready to be cooked, prawns
- 1tsp herbs seasoned salt
- 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of 1 to 2 limes
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
Wash the prawns and tap dry them.
Squeeze the lime, and add it to the garlic, salt, and olive oil. Marinate the prawns for at least 30 minutes.
Put the prawns on the skewers and fry in a pan with the marinade or cook on the hot grill in an aluminum pan with the marinade.
Place the skewers on the plates and serve decorated with lime wedges.
